Every piece of jewelry is made with great care, with attention to detail, by hand, by me… in most cases to order. Custom orders are always welcome, and if you have any questions regarding sizing please call or email me. I would love to talk with you. I want you to be delighted with your Bosco piece, and I stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece of jewelry that leaves my studio. 

RETURNS

In 23 years I've never had to refund anyone because I go out of my way to make sure you are happy with your purchase! Yet, If for any reason you are not thrilled please let me know because your satisfaction is my first priority. I am happy to offer a refund, adjustment, replacement, or exchange.

Full refunds are offered if the piece is returned within 30 days of receipt undamaged. After 30 days, if a piece is in its original condition I am happy to offer credit.  I offer only credit toward returned custom work.

At any point, I am happy to size, adjust, re-oxidize or repair any piece usually for a fee unless, of course, it is my error.

DELIVERY

You may expect your silver Bosco piece within 2 – 4 weeks, the cuff work may take a bit longer. Please allow up to 3 - 5 weeks for gold work. if you need your item sooner then the quoted time frame please contact me.  If I am able to deliver the jewelry sooner I am happy to do so. There is no additional charge for expedited designs.

SHIPPING COST

All work (unless requested otherwise) is shipped via USPS priority mail. Shipping within the US is $11 for silver work, $15 for gold. Shipping charge for international orders is $25
